TALK TO SOMEONE: Reach out to a trusted friend, family member, teacher, counselor, or other authority figure. Let them know what is happening and how you feel. Sometimes just talking about it can help you feel better.

STAND UP FOR YOURSELF: Be assertive and let the bully know that their behavior is not acceptable. Use a calm and confident tone of voice, and try to stay composed. Avoid reacting with anger or violence, as this can escalate the situation

DOCUMENT THE BULLYING: Keep a record of the incidents of bullying, including the date, time, location, and what was said or done.

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF: Self-care is important during times of stress and anxiety. Engage in activities that make you feel good, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time with friends. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, eating well, and practicing relaxation techniques.

STAY CALM: Try to remain calm and composed when you are dealing with a bully. Avoid reacting with anger or violence, as this can escalate the situation.

SET BOUNDARIES: Be firm in setting boundaries with the bully. Let them know what kind of behavior you will and will not tolerate. If they continue to violate your boundaries, be prepared to take action.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE: If you are a victim of bullying, it's important to remember that you are not alone and that there are things you can do to protect yourself and get help. Bullying is never okay and you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Don't be afraid to speak up and get help.
